Zoopla invests £1m in proptech

Zoopla-logoZoopla Property Group has invested £1m across four UK proptech start-ups.

The partnerships include PropertyDetective, a provider of property and neighbourhood research reports, which ZPG said will provide more in-depth property data to users and agents, and Trussle, an online mortgage adviser.

FixFlo, an online repair reporting platform, and Landbay, a peer-to-peer lender which allows users to invest as little as £100 in UK property, have also received investment and will be available to ZPG users.

Zoopla said: “In addition to investing in each of these businesses to support and accelerate their growth, ZPG has established exclusive, long-term partnerships with each of them to further enhance the experience across its platform.”
