Revenues at ZPG, the parent company of Zoopla, rose by 22% to a record £117.9m in the six months ended 31 March.
Pretax profit, however, fell 20% to £22.5m, as a result of a number of acquisitions including Expert Agent, Hometrack, Landbay and Trussle.
The number of site visits was at a record high, while listings rose by 9%.
