Zoopla Property group has paid £160m to acquire price comparison website uSwitch.
The purchase is part of Zoopla’s plan to be able to offer customers a single source for all property-related matters, from finding a home to managing it.
USwitch is expected to add significantly to Zoopla’s earnings from the first year after its acquisition.
