Online property portal Zoopla has paid £75m to acquire Property Software Group from LDC.
PSG offers back-office software services to 8,000 UK lettings and estate agencies.
The deal will give consumers and agents a complete end-to-end solution, Zoopla chief executive Alex Chesterman said. PSG chief executive Mark Goddard will become managing director of Zoopla’s property services division.
