Telecoms and IT firm ZTE has signed at AEW’s Bath Road Central business park in Slough, Berkshire, for its new UK headquarters.
ZTE has agreed to take the9,851 sq ftsecond floor at 252 Bath Road Central on a 10-year lease. Rents are quoted at £33.50 per sq ft.
The company will join tenants O2, Fiat, Black & Decker and Furniture Village at Bath Road Central.
Since acquiring the business park, which comprises 972,300 sq ft of office and lab space across 18 buildings, in January 2016, AEW has rebranded the office portfolio to Bath Road Central and added food markets, a summer fete, boot camp training and shops.
