Having originally occupied a workspace in Acresfield since 2015, fintech business Zuto has taken up an additional 5,150 sq ft.
The extra floor has taken Zuto’s total occupied space in the building, located in St Ann’s Square, Manchester, to 24,135 sq ft.
Acresfield (pictured) has recently been refurbished by OBI, with new communal meeting pods, coffee facilities and informal breakout spaces.
Savills acted on behalf of landlord South Tyneside Council c/o Abrdn. OBI acted on behalf of Zuto.
