KEY INVESTMENT OPPORTUNITY

Temple Quarter Enterprise Zone – 172 acres with water frontage adjacent to mainline train station in city centre. Plans for an arena, housing, leisure and increasing businesses from current 3,000 jobs to 17,000 over next 20 years. Bristol University is investing £300m in a new campus in the zone.

IN THE KNOW

Bristol is a waterfront city in South West England. Modern port activities now centre on Avonmouth. While the city has two football teams it is probably better known for its rugby and cricket teams. Aardman, the creators of the animated series Wallace & Gromit, is based in the city.
