Blackhouse Grill has agreed to a 25-year lease extension at Leeds City Centre’s Bond Court.
The Living Ventures-operated restaurant made the deal after Evans Property Group secured planning permission to build a new terrace at Bond Court and carry out improvement works there for about £1m.
Living Ventures will also carry out refurbishments indoors to coincide with the opening of the terrace, which will provide outdoor seating all year.
Bond Court’s improvement works are part of Evans’ £25m investment programme in Leeds.

The group has ongoing refurbishments at the Minerva and Capitol office buildings.
Alan Syers, portfolio director at Evans Property Group, said: “By opening up new walkways, undertaking extensive public realm works and introducing outside seating areas, we are confident that Bond Court will become a vibrant, cosmopolitan destination.”
