Halfords Media has selected the Crown Estate’s AirW1 building for its new headquarters.
The media firm has put in an offer to take a long-lease on the third floor, which is just under 30,000 sq ft, of the Regent Street property.
It is understood to have agreed a rent of almost £80 per sq ft, and will leave its 20,000 sq ft offices at Great Portland Estates’ Regent Arcade House next year.
As revealed by Estates Gazette, AirW1 was on Halfords Media’s HQ shortlist, which also included LaSalle’s 130 Shaftesbury Avenue, W1.
Monmouth Dean is advising Halfords Media. The Crown Estate is represented by CBRE and Jones Lang LaSalle. All parties declined to comment.
