Land Securities has let a further 50,000 sq ft at 62 Buckingham Gate, SW1, taking the office to 96% let.
Italian investment bank Mediobanca will move into the fourth floor, taking 25,000 sq ft, while PR firm Chime will take 25,000 sq ft on the third floor.
The deals follow a 25,000 sq ft letting to WorldRemit, revealed by Estates Gazette in May.
Rents at the 11-storey block are upwards of £70 per sq ft.
Other occupiers in the building include Rolls-Royce and the Gates Foundation.
LandSec head of commercial Kaela Fenn-Smith said: “62 Buckingham Gate is playing a significant role in the continued transformation of Victoria, which, as these lettings to Chime and Mediobanca demonstrate, is an increasingly attractive destination for both the financial and media sectors. We look forward to welcoming both these businesses to 62 Buckingham Gate.”
Knight Frank and JLL advised LandSec; CBRE advised Chime; Colliers International advised Mediobanca; Hanover Green advised World Remit.
