Lambert Smith Hampton has acquired retail specialist agency Tushingham Moore.
The agency acts for more than 50 shopping centres as well as high street retailers.
David Moore, Tushingham Moore’s senior partner, will join Lambert Smith Hampton as head of the North West region.
The move follows LSH’s acquisition of ES Group earlier in the year, as revealed by Estates Gazette. The company also purchased BTWShiells towards the end of 2014.
Ezra Nahome, chief executive of Lambert Smith Hampton, said: “We are on a mission to build the nation’s most progressive commercial property agency, and are investing in areas where we believe we can add the most value for clients. Becoming a major force in retail fits that strategy perfectly.”
